Nashville Predators (22-12-2) vs Boston Bruins (19-12-4) Live | NHL Hockey on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 1:00 pm in TD Garden.
The Boston Bruins could have a key player in training on Saturday afternoon as they look for their third consecutive win by hosting the Nashville Predators, both on the road. Patrice Bergeron, who missed 16 games due to rib and shoulder injuries, had three days of practice in a row and will be a decisive decision.
Bergeron, 33, suffered a five-point run (two goals, five assists) in Dallas on November 16 when he injured. He has two goals from the 300 for his career. The return of a four-time Selke Trophy winner would probably bad news for Nashville, who has had a 7-7-2 record in nine road games since winning overtime in Dallas on November 10. The Predators finished their four-game trip during which they fell to 0-2-1 after being beaten 2-1 in Philadelphia on Thursday. Nashville has only scored one goal in each of their last two contests and more than three goals in their last nine games.
